ABOUT ME

I am a pretty excentric, smiling person most of the time, but I can also be a bit serious when need be. I play a couple of instruments, namely, piano, double bass and clarinet (one man jazz trio!), I enjoy good company, singing, teaching other people phrases in foreign languages, as well as anything that has to do with languages (they are my love nr. 1)

I love showing people around and telling stories, so don't resist to make contact! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some experience in both surfing and hosting - met people from Finland, Belarus, Mexico, Norway etc. I met couchsurfers in Finland for fun, attended some CS parties :)

Interests

Cultural life generally, everything from concerts (of most music) to theater. I love doing surprising things, like jumping into and icy cold sea, climbing trees or just singing on the street.

Music, Movies, and Books

Crazy movies, like Kim-ki Duk (Korean art movies), mostly he independent production stuff. But occasionally a Hollywood movie is good, like Dangerous Liaisons or Memento.

I like August Strindberg a lot, as well as Sartre and philosophy boooks :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in Norwegian lakes and the sea :)) I have tips for Scandinavia fans! ;)
Living in a Swedish wood in a tent for a week. Beautiful nature with amazing people!
Stepped on the frozen Baltic sea (ok, for some people this is normal, but for most not!! :D)
