I am passionate about water and a more sustainable future! I work as a surf guide, raft guide, kayak guide, and also as a hydrologist when the dice roll that way. 5 years ago I started a company, Chapul, to introduce insects as a sustainable form of protein to Western diets. It has been a wild adventure.
