ABOUT ME

I love my country Singapore and I love educating people about it. Like how it is NOWHERE near China, how English is our first language and how Singapore is rank 3rd in the World (2009) for GDP. And we have no budget deficit!

I am a currently a student in Geography, I love learning about the land, its people and the different cultures of the world. Best of all, I love to talk, so I'm glad I'm going into a profession where I can talk all I want and everyone has to listen - Teaching!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love teaching others about Singapore, and I love to share my wacky travel adventures around the world!

Near-death experience while snowboarding in the Whistler Mountains (Venue of the Winter Olympics 2010)? Checked.

Roughing it out in Italy, sleeping in train stations with homeless beggars and a crazy woman who talked to herself for an hour? Checked.

Although my room is currently overcrowded with my family preparing to move, I would still love to meet up, or show anyone around Singapore!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first (and currently only) couchsurfing experience is with Chang (UK, London) and that proved fantastic! He was a wonderful host, bring us out for dinner and giving great advice on traveling, which was why I came back to join Couchsurfing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Parachuting - This is the most amazing experience anyone can have. And I am glad I had the opportunity to do it 7 times, out of 3 different aircrafts and once at night!
