I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I enjoy showing people around or telling them where to find the hidden gems around Ithaca.

Intereses

I spend a lot of time dancing. I like all kinds including: African, salsa, zydeco, cajun, waltz, etc.
I am also interested in health and wellness. I like to keep active. I do some trail running and attempt to play music sometimes. I enjoy going out to see live music with friends. I also enjoy preparing meals for friends and reading about nutrition.

I helped deliver a baby... that was pretty amazing.
I am awestruck at the beautiful gorges and waterfalls that are so abundant in the area I live. Every time I am out hiking in the gorges I am so grateful that I live where I do.
I also love being in the forest, cross-country skiing in a hemlock grove... it is so quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

I was a vegetable farmer for 12 years, so I can share my experiences growing vegetables. I am also knowledgable about macrobiotic cooking and the living foods lifestyle. I know a lot about plant-based diets.

I am also a Nurse and work in the Hospital.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I built a tiny house on a trailer and lived in it for 3 years. I recently bought a house and will be able to host couchsurfers in my house or my tiny house depending on availability.
