ABOUT ME

I am a student at the University of Minnesota studying Environmental Science, Policy and Management and Anthropology. I have a year to go and then hope to join the Peace Corps and travel back to West Africa.

I love the outdoors; biking, canoeing, hiking, camping, all of the above! I enjoy painting, throwing pottery, puppetry, good beer, cooking, meeting new people, coffee, hanging with friends and family, bluegrass and hip-hop.

I originally signed up to meet some people and find a place to stay in San Francisco for the summer. I am excited to host people in the future and show people around the Twin Cities area!

Currently reading Hot, Flat and Crowded by Thomas Friedman. Real interesting and enlightening.

Bluegrass and hip-hop are some of my first music choices but I am not picky. Love anything new that I can get my hands on.
