Planning the Adventure of a Lifetime . . .
ABOUT ME
Hey, all!
I just quit my job in Japan and headed West. I'm hoping to travel for about 5 months from July to December of 2007. I'd like to do a mostly overland trip from Tokyo to Cape Town and then fly back to Seattle for Christmas. If you'd like to join along the way, I'd love to get acquainted! :)
PHILOSOPHY
The world is a book: Life without travel is like reading only one page.

Scott: I left my hometown, a feat not often accomplished.

Teach: I would offer an intensive course on the best ways to sneak alcohol into Japanese karaoke booths. That, and how to ask for a Western toilet in Japanese (you want to know this one).
Learn: I'm always interested in any travel tips, out of the way places, or local hot spots.
Share: Smiles and stories are pretty much all I`ll be packing, so hopefully you`ve got some to trade in return.
