ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing open and talkative guy. In my spare time I'm more a 'spur of the moment' then carefully planned kind of person. Not travelled the world but adventurer in my own little country. Even people who lived in Belgium their whole life often have no idea of how many interesting things that happen here and I'm enjoying discovering it all.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The last three years that I lived in Brussels we had a guestroom that was occupied half of the time. Friends, friends of friends, people passing through, they were all welcome to stay. Never heard of CS at the time, but the word got around and we had people from Canada, Germany, The Netherlands, the UK, Turkey, former Yugoslavia and ofcourse fellow Belgians staying with us ranging from a day untill 3 months. We never regretted having any of them and some even became dear friends.

Interests

Photography, gardening, concerts, alternative movies, music as broad as you can imagine, performances. Philosofy, social structures, art-nouveau, art-deco, 50's , 60's and 70's design. Garage sales, organisations and subjects which make people come together and any under or above ground 'scene' there exists. Life & Humans.
