About Me
Hello! I'm a recent college grad traveling through Europe with my friend Li. We are documentary film enthusiasts and adventurers.
P.S. Photos coming soon! I haven't been able to upload them from my phone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love cooperative living of every kind (Li and I both lived in a student Co-op at Harvard). I love making new connections, good conversation, and washing the dishes (for real). Also, learning about a country through the eyes of a resident instead of as a lonely tourist seems like the way to go.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like indie/folk type stuff (e.g. Tallest Man on Earth, Beirut, Belle and Sebastian) and soul/funk (e.g. Otis Redding, Clarence Carter, Etta James). Some favorite films: Harold and Maude, Blue Velvet, The Act of Killing. Some favorite books: Invisible Cities, The Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, The Fall.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Made chocolate all night long in an Ecuadorian chocolate factory!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach/share harmony singing, knot tying, how to make your own drawing charcoal, etc, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am an avid dishwasher (and cleaner of anything/everything). I like to cook - especially as Li's Korean Barbecue sidekick. I have materials to make cyanotype (blue, sunlight powered) prints!
Countries I’ve Visited
Argentina, Armenia, Canada, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Finland, France, Ghana, Haiti, Mexico
