ABOUT ME

Hmmm... What to say? Is this the part where I say I like long walks on the beach? (cuz I do!) My name is Will, I'm 26, and I like to travel. I grew up in the SF Bay Area, joined the Navy and luckily got put in San Diego. Six years of naval service later I decided it wasn't for me, got out, and started going back to school. Another two years after that I escaped the community college trap and got accepted to the Berkeley School of Engineering. At the time of this writing I'm still packing all my crap up to move back north...

PHILOSOPHY

No one can guarantee a life after death or a reincarnation. I want to try everything, go everywhere, and meet everyone, just in case I don't get another chance!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I'm just getting started! Some good friends of mine recommended this site to help me satisfy my wanderlust and I'm waiting to see where it takes me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two different sets of roommates were couch surfers, and we hosted people from all over. I liked the idea of having a friendly place to stay in a new place, but even more so I like the idea of the community that CS has built.

Besides, I've always let my friends crash on my couch if they need to. These are just friends I haven't met yet.

Everything! Except TV... Just never got into it... Ooooo and running... I really wish I could like running, but it just seems like healthy masochism!
