About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be extraordinary and inspire others to be extraordinary.

ABOUT ME

I'm ridiculously optimistic, trying to find the light in any situation- I love people, all kinds, and I just love to be happy and spontaneous, doing what feels right in the moment. Traveling, experiencing new cultures and meeting all sorts of people is one passion of mine, as well as volunteering my time and talents. I am passionate when it comes to bettering the lives of children, and would love to work with kids in a way that I can make a positive impact in this amazing world we live in! From May 2010- December 2010 I was teaching English to elementary school kids in southern Chile, then I had the time of my life traveling South America with a friend. Now I'm back home, trying to change the world each day :)

PHILOSOPHY

You can't control what life throws at you, but you can control your reaction and how you feel. I try and wake up every day feeling blessed for what I have, and just loving every minute of this wonderful world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been AMAZING! I have surfed with numerous people across South America, and everyone I've stayed with has been so gracious. I feel so lucky to have met such amazing people and share unforgettable experiences with fellow CSers. Couchsurfing makes the world a better place! I love it!

Interests

Laughing, telling stories, live music (im fascinated with musically talented people, although i, unfortunately, have not a musical bone in my body!) being around kids, learning, going on adventures, yoga, meditation, trying things that terrify me, eating good food, dancing, hearing peoples life story, having long conversations over a good bottle of wine, cuddling, .... enjoying life in the moment and feeling grateful for every little thing this life has to offer us!
