About Me

play, love, learn

Update: My partner and I ( just moved to a permaculture farm just outside of Tucson Az! We are learning about how to live in a sustainable (semi)self-sufficient way. We would love to make friends in the area...hit us up if you want to explore the outdoors with us!

I was traveling around Europe WWOOFing (World Wide Organization of Organic Farms) for 6 months and then became an aupair in Berlin for a year and a half. I went back to Northern California and had a fantastic summer leading outdoor trips with kids!!

I first started traveling while WWOOFing. It was wonderful learning about different cultures, different ways of healthy living and living in an environmentally friendly manner. I am interested in a healthy lifestyle and am interested in herbal and alternative medicine, organic food and gardens, and really care about the way humans impact the environment. I am enjoying emerging myself into the Berlin/German culture and language and city life and love meeting fellow like-minded travelers!

I am open and easy going, love to socialize, cook, swing dance, laugh, play music together, and have good conversation. I love the outdoors, and am truly happy when I am in beautiful places.

Follow the heart, quiet the mind.

"In the end it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years"

"I never worry about the future, it comes soon enough"

"The order we impose on nature is never more than temporary. In the end the logic of nature will win out over the logic of capitalism, the logic of a factory, the logic of efficiency. Its always been so, and it always will be so. nature is stronger than any of our designs, and nature resists our control."
