HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to be a surfer and a host :)

Have been to bunch to CS meetups during my Euro Travels (Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Brussels, Holland)

Hosting lot of friends in my friend's list, always a wonderful feeling

Got hosted during Euro Trips (Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, France)

Couchsurfing is a good way to get to a new city as a local by following your host's recommended places to see and eat from and not succumb to the tourist traps. Nice way to find out the best part of cities you are visiting like other tourists will miss.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every experience in CS had been great and made tons of friends . During my travels I have come across several amazing souls and am privileged to be friends with them even till now.

• Wandering aimlessly through the enchanted evenings of Europe

• A scene of a train running along a beautiful lake

• First step at an unknown train station

• Sitting on a single bench by the lake, watching the setting sun

• Feeling the air of the new city down to you

• Google walking map on mobile phone and walking towards the hostel.

• Cobblestone streets glistening in the yellow light of lampposts

• A day spent amidst masterpiece paintings at the Louvre Museum

• The Gardens of the Palace of Versailles

• Vienna's Schönbrunn Palace

• Berlin wall separating people from two different worlds in one country

• A night cruise aboard a ship plying the Baltic Sea

• The Venice of the North, chasing flower-laden bicycles across the bridges of Amsterdam

• Two hundred years under construction, Gaudi's Sagrada Familia church in Barcelona

• The peak of Jungfrau bathed in milky moonlight from the bedroom window
