In canabis legal states and countries I can do infused catering.
Recently I did a fully infused raspberry & blueberry candied salmon, pineapple & mint creme brulee, and my father's signature dish, ode to New Orleans.

Ode to New Orleans is a fully infused bacon chocolate mini bunt cake, with a white chocolate mocha filling, light pumpkin butter glaze, strawberry & caremel drizzle.

One of my goal of traveling is exposing my self to foods I could not get at home. I love healthy and tasty treats.

I love good coffee, so cafe's and espresso bar's are always a destination.

Outdoor adventures are some of my favorite outings. Hiking, swimming, kayaking, sailing, etc.

Though I don't dance professionally, I occasionally will take acdance class or two to keep my on my feet. I struggle with my weight and insecurities, and dancing helps me work through that in a lealthy setting.

I want to start collecting jars of sand from the beaches I visit. My plan with that is to do a day of clean up, and after collect my sand and enjoy my day.

I care about my planet, and though I am not the most organized zero waister, I want to reduce my personal carbon footprint. I have managed to keep my food waste down, but due to acne I still buy skincare products.

I have been listening to random indie playlists and k-pop this year.
I am always down for local bands of all genres.
I prefer books based in historical fiction or fantasy.
The current book I am stuck on is "The Vagrants" by by Yiyun Li,
but my heart will always belong to J.R.R. Tolkien.
I have been binge watching the revamp of "She-Ra" with my little sister.
as well as "Steven Universe", "Bravest Worriors", "Adventure Time", "Gravity Falls",
and my personal all time favorite "Avatar: The Last Airbender"

I feel like an accomplishment I have is being in the Mercury News during one of my first experiences of the "Women's March" in 2017 San Francisco.

I am also an active voice in the "Youth Policy Advisory Committee" Advocating for my community on issues of youth homelessness.
