smiling, laughing, listening to music, shouting, being calm, being excited, joking, reading, singing, learning a bit and afterwords more and more and more and more... meeting people to know human being, seeing bears, having beer, talking about you and all around you with you, giving and taking pleasure, drinking tea and eating yoghourts, feeling a softly towel on my skin, canalize violence into creativeness, learning a little more, treat others kindly more and more to enjoy together this fight
