Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wish to discover cities with locals and if possible through rock gigs. I think it's an original way to do so. I learn a lot when meeting new people, it's my fuel.
I received a lot of my overseas friend in parisian flat (but at that time non a couchsurfing.com member). That's why now I would like to discover the other way around. Hope I will find interesting people to enhance my future trips !

In fact too many. If I have to sum up I would say everything in the rock spectrum: Stoner, Metal, Indie, etc.
But also Electronic music such as the French Touch artists.

I really like Anime, movies with Jim Carey in it, and everything worth to watch on Netflix !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

That was in 2011 during my Vanuatu Island trip. I was on Tanna island on a volcano with my best friend who lives there and his guide's friend. We clibed on night when it's forbidden by the rangers. At the top we setup the camera to take long shot in order to have the best lava picture in the air like a fountain.
Suddenly a huge lava rock (cinder) flew from the lava pit above us and landed like 50 meters from us.
The rock was car size and our guide light a cigarette on it !
True story...
