Hi Couchsurfers,

My name is Xavier, I'm twenty and I'm from France. I live in the beautiful city of Lyon, where I'm currently studying physics.

How am I?
This is really hard to say, but I thing open minded, cool, calm, and optimistic. I also think that i'm a disordered, and maybe i have my head in the clouds.

How does I spend my time on earth?
I'm playing guitar, walking in the night with friends and have surprising meeting, producing music, learning, juggling, dreaming, exchange with strangers, going to party, and concert. Should I say "enjoying life"?

I tried once in Germany and that was an awesome experience! Would be a pleasure for me to welcome travelers. And also to try it some more.

Lots of things... If I had to choose the main thing i'll say:

-Music: Playing, listening, producing.

-Traveling, meeting new people with a different point of view about life. In my opinion the more you meet different people from different culture, the more you can see all the aspect of life.

-Learning new thing: about science ( astrophysics or quantum physics in particular ), brain, philosophy, art, technology, psychology, etc...

-Sports: Jungluing, Slacklining, Climbing, Longboard, etc...

Books: "L'alchimiste" Paulo Coelho, "Le petit prince" Antoine de St Exupery, "L'Ame du Monde" Frederic Lenoir, "Poésies" Rimbaud.

Music: Ah... I'm listening the most type I can (jazz to metal, but also techno/house, rap, or classical), but blues and funk are my favorite.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Interrail trip from France to Norway, traveling through Germany, Denmark and Sweden. Traenafestivalen in Norway, with super music, nice ambience and the midnight sun. Traveling with just a backpack and a tent. Pure awesomeness!

Erasmus in Finland (Oulu) during 4 month! Improving my English, meeting some Finnish people, and a lot of Erasmus student from all around the world, partying, studying, living without any habits. Also traveling with ESN Oulu, in Sweden (Stockholm) and Russia (St Petersburg, Novgorod, Moscow). Beautiful experience.
