Hi I am Jason. I am from Queens, NY. By trade I work in the trades no pun intended. I am kind of mellow/low key, down to earth. I like to travel and got my start here on CouchSurfing in 2012 and 2013 during coast to coast and back to the same coast motorcycle adventures. More recently I have been long distance hiking; PCT Washington State and California, New Zealand hiking. This summer 2020 I want to thru hike the Colorado Trail. I am easy to host and easy to get along with.

Reprieve from freezing cold nights, the elements, altitude and aches and pains once every few hundred miles of hiking. I love Couch Surfing, meeting my hosts, becoming friends with them, learning about the area from them to gain clarity of directions to travel.

Music- obscure electronic music, monaural beats, metal/hardcore/and some dated hip-hop, some times something ambient.

CouchSurfed cross country USA in 2012 by motorcycle and back pack. Coast to coast and back.
CouchSurfed cross country on the same super-bike, again, this time via Canada/USA in 2013. Coast to coast and back. About 7,000 miles, each round.
I did some hiking in the New Zealand mountains in 2017 which was a novel experience.
Hiked the PCT sections in Washington State 2015 and California in 2019
