Hi, I'm Xel! I enjoy hiking, traveling, and love to cook WITH other people then EAT with other people. I really enjoy dancing under stars and festivals. I've been welding some really cool projects up in seattle wa where I live. (cs isnt letting me change where I live) I really love to fish, sing around a campfire with apple juice, and adventure with cool people in the woods, I've participated in quite a few activism groups shutting down a coal mine in west virginia for a day. I've met some fun people while couchsurfing and also some not. but mostly cool people that I call and send post card of new travels to and new songs or poems I've written.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the personal experience and like to meet cool people who know about the area. I like to perform house shows for hosts, and relax with like minded people.

Interests

I really love people that compost, recycle, I love to do this myself. I really dig drums, and starry night a. Cool with kids, I bring glitter and glow in the dark temp tattoos with me for kids if you have any. I am interested in keeping my eco footprint light. Love to hug trees and sing to musicals. I do not drink alcohol. but I do love apple juice and smoothies! I do have some allergies to foods but its been one of the biggest health gifts to creatively cook.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hitchhiked by myself across most of the us. (missing hawaii and alaska)
I've interviewed some famous musicians, authors and cool people on my youtube channel along the way.
I won a costume contest in middle school as the phantom with my friend going as Christeen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to volunteer for a children's museum in Erie teaching kids how to recycle. I share healthy food and smiles company and other cool things. I went to school for nutrition and psychology I love to talk food. I have taught lactation classes to would be mothers and new mothers, been a wet nurse myself and taught nutrition as well. I make really cool personalized poetry and also have coloring pages celebrating human rights, and equality.

I can practice some languages I'm learning with you, poetry, singing and recipe substitutions and cool recipes, photos and stories of places I've visited.
