INTENTION: Attention is the most valuable currency we have. You can open your spirit rather than contract it. Rather than spending your efforts forcing yourself to read, spend that same amount of effort reorienting the way you think about the task of reading. Maybe look at it from a different angle, maybe learn something new about it, maybe put in the effort to try finding something interesting about it that you had never considered before. This sort of openness to existence is a skill, just like discipline.

There is a person who connects to other people by projecting their reality onto them. Sometimes, the more useful skill to have is not the ability to will your reality into existence, but the ability to be so open, so curious and humble, that you become someone capable of allowing reality and existence to speak through you.

Be a catalyst for the universe to work through you. Willpower and discipline are the brute force needed to live, but all beauty, truth, justice, and order come from the impersonal universal good that transcends the usefulness of each and every person, group, concept, or ideology. It’s not enough to receive being - you have to take action. Be a vessel, an antenna 🔌. Act and participate!

From internal to external and from external to internal, with repurposing. Life is about investigations, though some discoveries can be done in an unexpected places/ways.

Music shapes my thinking and my emotions, so I try to adjust it to the state I want to create! I am not connected to much to rock, metal and hard rap, trap, electronic music (but all music is nice) . More to instrumental music, ethnic, sufi, meditative, classic, nice lyrics.

I am truly interested in you, your concepts, in your experience of your path. I would be happy to share my knowledge in meditations, self-connect and self-love, medicine, neuroscience, survival, psychology, biology, anthropology , but as experience shows I mostly share the various emotions with people( as we connect on a vibrations level).

I can be a good confident respectful listener (but not for long time, maybe 2 min of your monologue is enough haha) for those who feel they want to be listened to and happy to help if I can.

Just to make it clear: I do not treat CS as a dating app, more like a community/school of life. Though as in community or school - I do not accept any kind of disrespect, shallow treatment.
