I explore how people live, connect, and express themselves - through movement, dialogue, and presence. I value communication, self-awareness, and shared curiosity more than any fixed system or label.

CURRENTLY
I’m involved in projects and communities connected to dance, embodiment, meditation, psychology, and creative collaboration. Sometimes I also help to organize workshops or retreats that bring people together in authentic and grounded ways.
