ABOUT ME

I love beer.. I think it's important to start with that... I'm not that talkative at first, but I open up soon enough, especially when I'm relaxed.. That's where the beer comes in..

PHILOSOPHY

We have but one life to live. Don't waste time caring about what the world thinks of you. Soon enough you'll be gone, and what would be the point? Have fun, but don't let your fun come at the expense of others. And most of all (I can't stress this enough), 'to each his (or her) own'. We are all different. Embrace that difference rather that shut someone out because of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to host people, but it's not always possible. If I can't host then I'm always happy to provide other Surfers with as much information as possible in order to enhance their experience..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had so much fun through Couchsurfing. Staying on kitchen floors in Manila to having a house to myself in Taiwan. The thing I enjoy the most are those late night chats with surfers that sometimes run into the early hours of the morning. Not a single bad experience yet =).. Couchsurfing exemplifies values that most of the world has lost over the decades; togetherness and trust. Too corny?

Reading, debating, drinking, playing cards, playing pool, playing Foosball, meeting random people and doing random things. Oh, I love sleeping. Afternoon naps are my bread and butter.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went hiking in the Qinling Mountains in Shanxi Province, China. We hiked for 10+ hours and I enjoyed every second of it...

I also saved one girl from falling off the Mountain. The fall would have been fatal. You're welcome, Stag =)

Teach: I can teach you some basic must-know Chinese survival phrases like 'do you have beer?' 'do you have cold beer?' and 'where's the Bar at?' My favourite thing to teach, however, is Afrikaans swear words.

Learn: I love learning absolutely random facts about pretty much anything. Did you know that dolphins participate in orgies and indulge in homosexual activities? I did.
