Taking a road trip across America in my car with a backpack of clothes and my mountain bike. We'll see where that takes me.

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty active person. I like to keep myself in shape (even though I smoke hookah - go figure) and I spend a lot of time in the gym. I try to swim twice a week, play tennis whenever the day is even slightly sunny, and recently I've become really involved with mountain biking. I consider myself a living contradiction because I do almost anything, and thus my actions/activities oppose each other (such as hookah-ing and staying in shape).

I am as spontaneous as humans get; if you pitch an idea or an activity and I'm feeling it even the least bit, I'll totally do it. LIFE IS ABOUT DOING EVERYTHING YOU CAN WHEN YOU'RE YOUNG AND LIVELY!

I am not one to whine about anything; I think it's just a waste of energy. If you're not content with something, do something to change it or don't complain. When I find something I want or like, I will give my all to obtain it.

I am currently a student at the Georgia Institute of Technology trying to get a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business/Management.

PHILOSOPHY

No matter how tough life gets, I'm always going to keep my head up and continue on. I understand that, despite all my efforts, I might not end up where I planned to or wanted to, but I have gotten somewhere nonetheless, and that's better than staying in one spot.

I consider myself an audiophile always trying to find new music of any kind - my mind is pretty open. My current favorite artists are LIGHTS, Imogen Heap, Late Night Alumni, Frou Frou, Hyper Crush, Pogo, Matt and Kim, Enya, 3OH!3, Super Mash Bros, and a variety of mashups.

Also, I prefer movies to books no matter what; reading really isn't my thing unless if its the New York Times, BusinessWeek, or Fortune Magazine.

In terms of movies, I'm a huge sucker for chick-flicks (don't hate). Serendipity, Stardust, Romeo and Juliet, V for Vendetta, Garden State, Gladiator, Cinderella Man, Casanova, Iron Man, and 500 Days of Summer are my top 10.

I honestly have nothing I can boast about in comparison to the rest of the CS community (some people have backpacked across continents and stuff!), but I am currently embarking on a one-month roadtrip across America. That is a feat, at least to me.
