ABOUT ME

After 4 years in China for JK and 25 for Xiao Feng we're now in Canada. What excitement!

Would you like to be part of our experience? =)

JK is originally from a small island in Eastern Canada and Xiao Feng is from an ancient town in the central Chinese province of Sichuan.

About JK: He's a positive, daring, inquisitive type who loves to write in the third person. He's finished a 4 year stint of living in China and has learned many valuable things, including how to live consciously, how to make an excellent cup of Chinese tea and after pouring in countless hours, tears and smiles can now speak Chinese quite well.

Current Dreams: Make some awesome, growth oriented, humorous, supportive friends. Start own business. Achieve a nice level of Quebecois French. Play a 5 minute long Spanish love song on guitar.

About Xiao Feng: She's an outgoing, open person who is into the cultures of the world, travels and making new friends. She loves a good challenge and welcomes change in her ever changing life. Most importantly you must understand that she is a 四川辣妹子! (A spicy Sichuan gal)

Current Dreams: Perfect French. Show the world Chinese tea. Pursue art, ie: Chinese calligraphy, oil painting and cross stitching. Never to befriend a mouse.

We've been at this for a while. Most of our experiences were in China. We thrive in couchsurfing environments and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Here's to the next friendship!

Sichuan cooking. Mandarin, Sichuanese or English language skills. We can teach you about different kinds of Chinese tea and how to make Fujian style kung fu tea(功夫茶）.
