ABOUT ME

I am a happy person. I enjoy a good laugh, a good conversation over a cup of coffee or tea and I love to meet people from all over the world. I am living in Taipei, Taiwan. I hope I can travel around the world, and while I am in Taiwan, I can get to meet couchsurfers from all over the world and see different cultures from the locals' point of view. CS is such a wonderful way to know more about the world from a small, tiny island where I am living now!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very very new to Couchsurfing. A friend of mine highly recommends CS. He has couchsurfed and hosted for a while and is having a wonderful time getting to know people from different cultues.

Interests

Reading,music,films,exhibitions,cycling,yoga,swimming, being in the nature/outdoors.

I am interested in people. I'm an attentative listener and am fascinated by life stories of people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mind Over Matter: The Epic Crossing of the Antarctic Continent by Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Two Englishmen achieved the first unsupported crossing of Antarctica. I find reading explorers' expeditions very inspiring and inspirational. In a sense it satisfies the spirit of adventure within me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Xinjiang Province in China really amazed me. I stayed at a tent at 4200 meters high with big mountains over 7,000 meters high in the distance. Amazing experience!
