ABOUT ME

I was born in a small village in China, and grew up in a smalltown in Midwestern Wisconsin. Since then I've lived in Lima, Perú and Bogotá, Colombia for a year and NYC for 5 years.

I'm excited to explore Seattle and the PNW. Currently on a mission to find the best food spots in town.

We live in Columbia City and have a spare room which is simply furnished. Happy to show people around too.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to seek. I want to discover what is, how it came to be, and where it may go. I love beauty for its own sake. I think that idealism is too narrow a word to limit the capacity for humans. I'm trying to find my own identity, to wake up my mind, and open my heart. At the same time, the world is calling me to come be part of the whole. And it's this rhythm that makes up the dance of my life.

Life is an adventure, and I want to explore the hell out of it =)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfed through South America in July, 2011. I had amazing hosts in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina. It is the best way to travel and I'm looking forward to paying all the kindess forward!
