Hey I'm Xiaoyi and I’m from China. Now I'm living in Netherlands for my bachelor's exchange program. My major is Finance now and I'm going to do AI in master in Australia. I'm doing philosophy, psychology, programming and Spanish courses now to understand more.
I've traveled a lot but mostly inside China and now I have this great opportunity so I’m trying to visit different cities every week, exploring the world as much as I can and making new friends from everywhere!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nothing is more exciting than meeting new people from different cultures all over the world.
Listening to people talking interesting experiences during traveling or just in daily life and sharing my stories delights me a lot. I'm always open to new things and ready to learn.
Although now it's a little bit difficult for me to host well but my door will always be open next year in Australia!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving a speedboat on the ocean (only for a few minutes :P
Producing new songs in CD, selling them and donating to charity
Making a small little boat from garbage with a solar panel
Taking a injured squirrel in rain to home and letting go of him to nature after he recovered
