Easy-going guy who likes to meet different people and cultures!

I'm that kind of guy who is difficult not to please... As long as people are respectful and honest with me, it can all go on well. I try and always see the positive side of everything, so I'm definitely not the negative kind of person. I try to be always happy with a large smile to offer. I love to travel and when travelling, try as many different things as I can. I can be a little shy, but when I start a conversation or when I have a little alcohol everything becomes easier.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm really fond of the whole spirit of CS and I think it is a brilliant initiative from everyone who is part of this. I've hosted many people from around the world, and I've had so many great experiences traveling and staying with couchsurfers, to be able to travel somewhere and to have someone local to host you and guide you is everything!

LOVE THEM!!! Music is part of me. I do eveything I can listening to music, and I don't dislike any kind of music, just think that there may be a best kind of music for each specific moment or mood. About books, let's say I always have one with me. It's just the best activity to kill time, or just to do something more interesting than whatching anything on tv. About movies I'm also a great fan, I normally go very often to the cinema... and I would LOVE to have recommendations about good movies, music and books!!!

In Brazil, apart from being a medical doctor, I used to teach English and Ballroom dance! Dancing is another passion, so if anyone is interested in learning how to dance samba, tango, salsa, etc. I could help in some way! I guess that the best part of CS is to be able to share our experiences and knowledges. It shouldn't be only about offering a place for the person to sleep. It should be a lot more than that. And by sharing your house, your life with someone, you are teaching. And the listener is definitely learning. And that's the brilliant thing about life.
