ABOUT ME

Gay male. Single. Love to travel. Like to meet new people. I like a good book, but don't make the time to get one and read, but if I'm reading and enjoying, I hate to put it down! Been working in my yard trying to reshape it. I live in a wonderful new neighborhood, just 3 blocks from our new light rail. I prefer smaller gatherings over large groups, but hey, large groups can be fun too on occasion! I'm looking for a mate (yes...I'll move)! HA! Otherwise, pretty laid back guy. Generally quiet, but can have a wild streak too! I enjoy my friends, dinners out, old TV shows, good movies, great wine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I find that I enjoy "living" somewhere rather than being a tourist, so being able to do "mundane" day to day activities, (shopping, walking, and meeting people) makes me feel more connected with a new location. So, when I heard about CS, I thought this was perfect! Been hosting now for a year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I mentioned above, been hosting for past year (since July 2009). I have been blessed with really wonderful couchsurfers staying with me! Each person has brought a unique perspective to life and my city/country.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My friends laugh at my music when I put my iPod on shuffle play. Music might go from Spiritual, to Rap, to top 40's Pop! I'm not a fan of horror movies, but otherwise...
Sharing music, especially, is a wonderful experience for me. I've found some wonderful new artists that way (and ones I've decided I'll pass!)! Book fall into that same category. Never know what's going to strike my fancy.

I find there are amazing places and great people most anywhere you go in life. From crossing one's own country to going to new ones. Every experience has been wonderful, some bringing me to tears in awe, some being thrilling, and a lot in between. I think you get out of things what you put into them.

I'm not terrible w/ PC issues, so if you have a question while you're here, ask! I likely can help.
But if you want to learn to tap dance, I'm not the one you'd want!
