My current mission is to travel as much as possible in my free time on a low budget.

ABOUT ME

I am a kind, sociable, fun, open-minded girl from The Netherlands. I live in a lovely, vibrant town called Nijmegen. I am studying English. My dreams are to study and work abroad. I want to become an English teacher and travel the world. But that's not going to happen YET. For now I want to travel as much as I can in my free times.

My hobbies are relaxing, strolls on the beach, walking in the nature, thrift-shopping, watching movies, going to concerts. I love to have a good conversation with some nice food and wine on a beautiful location.

My next plans are going to a few cities around Europe, whenever I can. In the summer, I am planning to join a voluntary project for 3/4 weeks with Workaway. I am also going to Lost Theory festival in Croatia this summer.

Interests

I love exploring different cultures and languages. I love meeting people from different nationalities. People are just fascination. I love to go to festivals and parties. Listening to music, as well as going to concerts. A good movie night or going to the cinema. A lovely dinner. Getting to know new, vegetarian food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a diverse music taste. I mostly listen to indie, singer/songwriter and folk music at home. But on a night out I love the more hard electronical music, such as drum n bass, Tekno and psytrance.

I enjoy arthouse, indie films. Comedy and drama are also great. The only film genre I dislike is Horror.

I have lived in England for one year. That was great.
Been to the BOOM festival twice. Great experience

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning from people. I am very eager to learn new things. I want to learn how to cook good food, how to build things, languages etc.

I have no special hobbies or things that I am very good at. But I could always teach you Dutch.

What I Can Share with Hosts

- I am living in a student house, in a small room. But if you are really looking for a place you can always stay in my room, it may be not as comfortable as a bigger (private) room.

- I can share a good conversation or a coffee somehwere.
