Wading into hosting for CS, with eventual hopes to surf as well when I travel.

ABOUT ME

Hello! I am 37 y/o, responsible, kind & easy-going; new to CS and so will consider hosting selectively & also have to make a decision with my (so far) non-CS roommate before guaranteeing anything. I have a sleeper sofa and possibly a room where you + 1 guest could stay as well, in upper Manhattan, in a cool neighborhood, on the same block as a subway!

- NOTE: My schedule can be unpredictable, so if you're requesting with less than 30-days notice, chances are I may not be able to host. If I know further in advance I can do a better job of working to accommodate surfers!

Although I don't have much time to go out with guests, I still like meeting new people & hosting, to make travel more accessible and affordable for everyone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't surfed anyone's couch yet myself, but have hosted a couple of times.

Interests

Running, vegetarian, gay male; Politically active (left-of-center), easy going, down-to-earth into green & sustainable living, but also a great sense of humor. Like alternative-rock music & independent film, but also into mainstream pop culture from time-to-time : )
