ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. We never know...

History is so mysterious, seductive, and captivating. I can't ever understand people who think its such a bore. Art history is wonderful! I took a class in college and I loved it! But I guess it's in the family..my uncle was the assistant curator at the Getty's Museum in California ;)

I like to think of myself as a Pirate Queen waiting for the chance to see the world...leaving no cave untouched and no man unravished...

Well maybe not the latter...but a girl can dream.

I'm a huge art nut. I loveeeeee alll art. I can stand in front of a beautiful piece and just stare at it for half an hour, maybe more. Examining the strokes...the colors used..the detail. I love it.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life because no one will live it for me.

I dont give in because this may be the only chance I have to do what I want and be free to do it.

I'm open to anything, but my personal choice in music tends to be on the more alternative side.
For books I enjoy romance and historical fiction.

Now books..I have a passion for books. When I step into a bookstore..my senses are stimulated..the smell, the feel of a hardcover, the words...I can't explain it. It's almost as good as sex..but not quite! Oh, by the way..I have no inhibitions. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have loved and been loved in return.

I have read so many books I can't recall.
I have seen nature and appreciated it.
I can see the beauty in everything.
