I completed a half-marathon run! (21.1 km) 💪

I love to learn and teach new skills and knowledge. I'm a trained Aerobics & Body Shaping guide, and would enjoy having you as a running partner wherever in the world 🏃
I also like to get to know new people and just share knowledge and life experience with each other. That is maybe the most important lesson I can learn. And by the way, I've also done a first aid training course, so in case of emergency I'm there to assist and rescue 😉
