• Hands-on culture: I can give you a mini crash-course in Chinese (Mandarin), teach you to write a few characters with a brush, and walk you through simple papercutting.
• Home-cooked classics: Let’s make tofu from scratch, roll out dumplings, simmer a slow-cooked soup, or finish the night with silky Cantonese sweet soups and chewy rice-ball desserts.
• Python & data: Need quick help wrangling a spreadsheet or curious about how Python turns numbers into insights? I’ll happily demo a real-time data project on my laptop.
• Miao heritage: If you’re curious, I can share stories, music and tiny embroidered keepsakes from my Miao ethnic background.
