I am funny, smart, talkative and nice person.
I like to walk, LIFE IN NATURE, THE ARAB DANCE, trekking, gym, pilates and yoga.

THE FOLLOWING TEXT WHICH I LOVE reflects my way of thinking and being:

All you need to know about how to live and what to do and how I should be I learned in kindergarten. Wisdom was not at the top of the mountain to college, but there in the sandbox.

These are the things I learned:

Share everything.
Play fair.
Do not hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
Clean always what thou common.
Do not take what is not yours.
Ask for forgiveness when you hurt somebody.
Wash hands before eating.
Warm cookies and cold milk are great.
Live a balanced life, learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.
Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, take your hands and not far.
Stay tuned for the marvelous. Remember the little seed in the cup: the roots go down, the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all well.

ME GUSTA CAMINAR, LA VIDA EN LA NATURALEZA, LA DANZA ARABE, EL TREKKING, GYM,PILATES.
Todo lo que hay que saber sobre cómo vivir y qué hacer y cómo debo ser lo aprendí en el jardín de infantes. La sabiduría no estaba en la cima de la montaña de la universidad, sino allí, en el arenero.

Éstas son las cosas que aprendí:

Compártelo todo.
Juega limpio.
No le pegues a la gente.
Vuelve a poner las cosas donde las encontraste.
Limpia siempre lo que ensucies.
No te lleves lo que no es tuyo.
Pide perdón cuando lastimes a alguien.
Lávate las manos antes de comer.
Las galletitas calientes y la leche fría son buenísimas.
Vive una vida equilibrada, aprende algo y piensa en algo y dibuja y pinta y canta y baila y juega y trabaja cada día un poco.
Duerme la siesta todas las tardes.
Cuando salgas al mundo, ten cuidado con el tráfico, tómate de las manos y no te alejes.
Permanece atento a lo maravilloso. Recuerda la pequeña semilla en el vaso: las raíces bajan, la planta sube y nadie sabe realmente cómo ni por qué, pero todos somos así.
Los peces de colores, los hámsters y los ratones blancos e incluso la pequeña semilla del vaso, todos mueren.
Y nosotros también.
Y entonces recuerda una de las primeras palabras que aprendiste, la más grande de todas: ‘Mira!’

Así que todo que necesitas saber está allí en alguna parte. El amor y la higiene básica. La ecología y la política, la igualdad y la vida sana.

Toma cualquiera de estos ítems, tradúcelo en términos adultos sofisticados y aplícalo a tu vida familiar o a tu trabajo, a tu gobierno o a tu mundo, y se mantenderá verdadero, claro y firme. Piensa cuánto mejor sería el mundo si todos -todo el mundo- tomásemos galletitas con leche cada tarde a las tres y después nos acurrucáramos en nuestras mantas par dormir la siesta. O si todos los gobiernos tuviesen como política básica volver siempre a poner las cosas donde las encontraron y limpiar lo que ensuciaron.

Y aún es verdad, no importa cuán viejos seamos, que al salir al mundo es mejor tomarnos de las manos y no alejarnos."
