About Me

Favorite Mantra:
Let the world change you, and you can change the world. ---- Che Guevara

I was born in Inner Mongolia, China. Then I went to Nanjing, China alone for Middle School and Beijing for High school. Now, I am pursuing my bachelor degree in Indiana University- Bloomington. Traveling is and always is my first love, even morn than food!
I personally is very out-going and passionate. Actually one of the reasons why travelling is so fascinated to me is to meet friends from everywhere on the road. I am not picky at all. I've slept in airports, bench in parks, and I even fell asleep in a outdoor rock music festival.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a student without stable income, I've worked in cafe and dinning halls at weekends, and I also initiated a student-organized Coffee House in my high school in order to support my travelling dream.
I used to stay in hostels in Asia, but the price of hostels in the U.S. seems too expensive for me. In last summer, I heard a lot great stories about his experience in couchsurfing in Europe from one of my friends. Thus, I also wanna give it a shot and meet friends on the road.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've once cycled around Qinghai Lake in China. Qinghai Lake is near Tibet and is a plateau with more than 3k meters high. I cycled for 4 days and 360 km.

I've been to North Korea and came back alive. I bribed the tour guide with a chicken to smuggle North Korea money and "illegal" photos out of the country.
