I graduated from university this summer (B.A. in Linguistics). I'm planning to start a career in TEFL when I come back to Moscow. At the moment I'm studying in Galway, Ireland.

I'm a little bit shy at first, but not for a long time. I tend to be not very talkative, but it makes me a really good and curious listener.

I always look on the bright side of things. I believe any problem has a solution. I'm friendly, kind, and I smile a lot. (:

First of all, I'm new here. Heard about this site from a friend of mine. I think it's a great idea and a great way to meet up and share experience with people from all over the world.

Interessen

I'm interested in a wide variety of things. I love learning new languages and cultures. I'm interested in history and science finction. I love reading, dancing, listening to music (especially rock and irish traditional music). I love animals, all kinds of them, but especially cats. I love cooking and do it quite well at home. I'm interested in sports, especially biathlon and Formula 1.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies. I'm not a big fan of series, but there are a few exceptions like Sherlock BBC, Game of Thrones, and Lie to me. I don't like foolish and rude comedy films. I like films which have some wise ideas in them (like Inception or Divergent). I like science fiction films. However, some comedies go down well too.

Books. I'm a big fan of reading. Some of my favourite authors are Aldous Huxley ("Brave new world"), Oscar Wilde, Strugatsky brothers, Joanne Rowling. Reading broadens your horizons and enriches your vocabulary, so it's as useful as it's interesting (:

I can teach you some Russian (it's not as difficult as you might think!). I can share some stories about me and my country. I can share some cooking experience, some recipes. We could do some fun things together, I'm open to new experiences.
