My name is Yana. I consider myself a positive person, opened to the world and curious to learn as much as possible about everything i get in touch to. I'm a recently graduated bachelor of economics, although in my personality there is more art and travel than numbers. I've been working in a NGO that has a lot of projects connected to the European Voluntary Service - we host and we send volunteers abroad, helping them experience this addictive feeling called traveling and to discover their way of thinking, their mindset, their experiences and hear all the amazing stories people can tell. And currently I am a volunteer as well - living in Bologna, Italy and volunteering in an NGO there, where i continue writing my own story to tell people.

As Hans Christian Andersen said: "To move, to breathe, to fly, to float, to gain all while you give, to roam the roads of lands remote, to travel is to live.". That's why I'm trying to discover the world as much as I can. The couchsurfing is a great way to meet people who had your idea for the traveling - that's it's all about the shared experience. It's exactly about "gain all while you give".
