ABOUT ME

I'm a funny, witty finnish girl in my 20's. I've got an open mind, a warm heart and I'm good with my hands and I'm a language/culture/history geek.

I'm guess I'm a bit shy, but when you'll get to know me, I'm a great person to hang out with.

PHILOSOPHY

My motto is good kharma, bad kharma -thing. In other words, I give, I'll receive.

I also believe that evry single person I'll meet in my life, will affect it somehow. Maybe I won't notice it, but it'll happen. Maybe someone'll change my life completely or maybe he/she'll give me an advice I can use later.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I cannot accommodate, but I can visit your couch and recommend it forward to my other travelling friends.

I can also offer you a cup of coffee or some tea with milk and show you some places in Helsinki and nearby areas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hope I'll lose my couchsurfing/free accommodation -virginity soon. Lol.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I listen to all kind of music (I've got 1000+ songs in iTunes and radio's on daily). Here's few my favourites:
Smashing Pumpkins, Incubus, The Subways, Keane, Nelly Furtado, Norah Jones, Beatles, Oasis... Also sum finnish and nordic bands like Zen Café, YUP, Scandinavian Music Group, Nightwish, CMX, Bo Kaspers Orkester, Kent, Björk, Sigur Rós...

Honestly, my music taste variates from metal to hiphop, from classical to punk and from jazz to electric.

I read a lot of books too. Best ones are "Sofia's World" by Jostein Gaarder, "The Lord of the Rings" and many more...

The best movie I think is Amélie. Pirates of the Caribbean's also good. I love cartoons, anime and nordic movies, especially Lukas Moodyssons work.

I think most amazing thing my life is that I've born. I was born 5 months too early, I went through a difficult heart surgery and was almost blind when born.
I've got also a little stifness in my right hand and leg. Doctors said I'd never walk again. I proved them wrong with many years of physiotheraphy.
That's why I've decided nothing can stop me doing everything I want.

Just in case you're wondering, I'm normal height, normal weight and look pretty normal, heh. :)

Well, I can teach some martial art techniques, since I've done taekwon-do during high school for 3 years and have a blue belt.

I can also teach you some finnish, always good to know some words in that easily learned language ;) And some finnish sign language too, why not.
