Hi there! I'm a PhD student studying neuroscience at UT Austin in the United States. I grew up in Shaoxing, a lovely city with rivers and bridges everywhere in Zhejiang province in southeast China. I went to Shanghai for college before heading to the US for grad school. I enjoy sports like long-distance running and strength training. I'm also a huge fan of cooking. You can always find me cooking for friends on weekends and trying out new culinary styles while incorporating my own understanding of food. I'm a huge fan of different cultures, traveling, and making friends with people from different backgrounds!

I've also lived in Berkeley, California for a year as an exchange student.
