After a few years in the french caribbean I moved back to my home country about 10 years ago.. Since I love to travel but can't do it as much as I'd like to, I think having other travellers staying over is an excellent way to keep discovering the world from home base ;)

Après 3 années aux Antilles, je suis, avec quelques regrets revenue vivre en Belgique. Pour le moment il semblerait que la vie s'annonce plutôt sédentaire. Comme j'aime découvrir, voyager et rencontrer de nouvelles personnes, l'approche couchsurfing me semble une belle façon de voyager depuis mon salon.

Después de pasar unos años en el Caribe, regresé a mi país natal hace unos 10 años. Como me encanta viajar, pero no puedo hacerlo tanto como me gustaría, creo que alojar a otros viajeros es una forma excelente de seguir descubriendo el mundo desde mi hogar ;)

J'aime beaucoup rencontrer des gens différents venus du monde entier. Mais j'aime aussi croire en une autre façon d'aborder la vie, celle du partage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Adopting my twins and raise them alone as well as leaving everything (except the kids!) at 40 to go and live in the Carribean whas the most wonderfull adventure.
Coming back a few years later and completely reinvent myself wasn't easy, but i did it!

Adopter mes jumeaux et les élever seule, ainsi que tout quitter (à l'exception des enfants !) à 40 ans pour aller vivre dans les Caraïbes, était une merveilleuse aventure.
Revenir quelques années plus tard et me réinventer complètement n'a pas été facile, mais je l'ai fait !

Learning new things to me is as vital as eating and breathing. And if I can share, then it's even better!

Apprendre, encore et toujours, c'est pour moi aussi vital que de me nourrier er respirer. Et si en plus je peu partager, c'est carrément le Bonheur!
