My name is Yannick :)
I’m from the south of Germany, originally from Freiburg but studying in Heidelberg since 3 years.
Right now though, for my exchange semester, I am living in Oslo!

I’m a dreamer and an outdoor person.
I love to go running or hiking, swimming, to play tennis, golf, football or whatever sport.
But what I love the most is getting to know different cities, countries and thereby cultures. Unfortunately, I‘m missing the time to visit the hell lot of places I want to go, but when I have the opportunity, I take it.
I‘ve heard about CoachSurfing from a real good friend and I’m eager to dive into the experience as well.

Well, aside from it helping me to get around more easily as a student, its biggest benefit for me is that it enriches traveling so damn much if you get to know locals!

I love to read as well as to write, to listen to music (90s, Jazz, US rap) and to watch movies. Epic just as much as profound masterworks that let us ponder over recent and past questions, accomplishments or mistakes, like the adaption of „Schindlers List“.

I absolutely love to learn and even more so to teach.
I look gladly forward to my life as a physician and first of all life-time-learner!
I feel the most complete though, when I am teaching, passing on my knowledge to others. Therefore, I‘m already teaching in and outside the uni.
