Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am planning a world trip with 2 other friends, starting October 2012 and would like to get around by couch surfing for the most time. In my opinion its not just a cheaper way to get around but its also a more personal way of traveling. I'm looking out to meet new people and hope that i can get a closer look at the local culture by surfing couches. Since I'm in my final year of school I'm fairly busy but hopefully i can host a couple people especially after ive finished school.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed in Mysore, India for the first time and couldn't have had a better experience. It's such a neat thing to be able to not exchange with people over couchsurfung!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Theres has been a couple of those and each one was special but since this is a travel website i'll pick an appropriate one.In 2010, I travelled through Bali, Indonesia with my 72 year old grandma. We didnt stay in fancey hotels in tourist cities though. We went by backpack, stayed in small traveler inns and got a much closer look at the people and their traditions there. It was my first time in Asia and all the new impressions overwellmed me some much that the first couple days felt like ages. I especially loved hearing all the great stories from other travelers (many of them were young students). All in all I had a wonderful time and the trips inspired me to go on a world trip after school!
Teach, Learn, Share
On my world trip i want to learn all about how to be more selfsufficient after having spent 18 years in the care of my parents. I want to collect new opinions and maybe find out what career I want persue in the future.
