One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This Chinese New Year was my first in Norway without other Chinese friends around. That afternoon, I on a whim, posted about a free dumpling night—not sure who'd show. In the end, 15 students from all over gathered in our cramped student kitchen. We whipped up 300 dumplings... and polished them all off!
