I'm a gay traveler originally from Vancouver, Canada, with a passion for exploring the world and connecting with people from all walks of life. So far, I’ve visited over 80 countries and 49 U.S. states. My goal is to reach 100 countries and all 50 states before I turn 35. I love meeting new people, learning about their backgrounds, and experiencing local cultures firsthand. I'm new to couchsurfing but will aim to be a very clean, respectful, and thoughtful guest. I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to explore a new way of traveling —one that lets me connect with locals and truly understand the culture and daily life of the places I visit. I also enjoy exchanging life experiences and lessons, learning from others, and sharing my own along the way.

I enjoy traveling in my free time and meeting people along the way. Topics of discussion that particularly interest me include local politics, history, culture, and customs. I love playing badminton, volleyball, and swimming in my free time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo-Backpacked across Europe at the age of 19. It was such a daunting experience but I learned so much, met so many wonderful people (many with whom I still keep in touch) and caught the travel bug :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy food and would either love to take my hosts out for a meal or cook for them. I also enjoy sharing stories from my past travels.

I am also eager to practice my French and converse in Mandarin as well.
