I try to stay an open-minded person, so I like watching and listening to different kinds of films and music, respectively. As regards reading, though, I mostly read scientific texts.

I would say that yoga changed my life radically. I used to live in pain, which did not even let me sleep. These days, however, I can enjoy every day, having an active lifestyle ☺️
