Hey peoples, it's Yaris here😆

Last year I just finished my an-year-and-half trip around Europe. I've met so many new people, seen so many different cultures and experienced so many interesting/scary things. But most of all, it totally got me addicted to traveling😅 So now I'm going to start my next trip, starting in Turkey, the connection of Europe and Asia, and then go all the way to the east, and finally back home!!

I see myself as a VERY outgoing and interesting person. I love sharing my experiences and listening to yours of course, I love laughing and I'm pretty good at making people laugh. But I also love to talk about something more serious, such as the environment, religion and stuffs like that. Furthermore, I like to go to the nature and museums and some historical places as well!!

Also I really like to help people. If you're in Taiwan and there's something you want to know about it, just feel free to ask me!! And maybe I can show you around on my scooter if you want!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to get deeper in locals' life but not just walking around the tourist spots!! For me, getting know how the real life works in the place is the main idea of traveling. There are so many tricks and secrets that Wikipedia doesn't tell you!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh wow too many I think....or sometimes stupid things too!! Hitchhiking everywhere, learning to drive a boat in Finland, helping to build a shed in Germany, walking in a super snowy forest and feeling dying in Russia, helping to do some Christmas packing in a phone shop and got my phone fixed all for free, making all my cuisines wanted by my hosts.... Basically this whole trip is the most amazing thing itself😆

Teach, Learn, Share

Except for traveling experiences I can share, I can also share my commonly-loved Taiwanese fried noodles recipe and many other tasty dishes!! And I'm also very interested in learning to cook dishes from all over the world!! Of course if you want, I can teach you some languages that I know!!
