Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To do my small part to show that there still exists in this crazy world people who will help out a stranger just 'cause and understand the universality of humanity. There's also no better way to explore a new place than under the guidance of a local.

I will read just about anything you stick under my nose but my favorites are non-fiction history and the classics for fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best food I've ever had was in rural areas cooked by people who were truely excited about meeting me and my fellow travelers. Whether in Tijuana, Mexico or in a village outside of Jarabacoa in the Dominican Republic, authentic home cooked meals cannot be beat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love hearing about people's adventures and lives. It reminds me that there are endless possibilities and ways to go about existing on this blue planet of ours. :)
