Hello! I’m Yasemin. I’m from Istanbul/Turkey but currently I’m living in London and doing a masters in child clinical psychology. I moved to london on September 2023. One of my hobbies is to travel and meet new people, eat different food, learn about different cultures. I love nature, thus I prefer to go to cities that have a beautiful nature rather than modern cities full of grey skyscrapers.

I value getting in touch with locals when I travel, instead of just taking pictures of famous buildings and getting tips from the locals instead of going to only touristic places. Meeting new people and hearing about their stories, experiences, cook and eat together etc- that’s why I wanted to use Couchsurfing! This will be my first time using this app.

I did my Erasmus in the Netherlands and lived there for 7 months! Best period of my life, still missing those times.
