I've spent almost equal number of years in Delhi (Hometown) and Guwahati. I enjoy Programming, running marathons, meeting new interesting people, trying local cuisine but since past two years, I have started travelling extensively which has helped me to broaden my knowledge and understanding people of different races, communities & religions.

I've been introduced to Couchsurfing by my family and friends and I have come to realise that spending time with a localite from a different location not only helps in making new friends but also helps in exploring the place in a completely different and a memorable way.

I have lots of funny as well as bone chilling experiences to share such as travelling 4 countries simultaneously without any net connection and getting out of really terrifying situations. But I believe whether good or bad, this made me much more stronger and confident. Eventually, I guess it turned out to be a beneficial for me. Also, due to my extensive travelling throughout India where hundreds of cultures are present, learning about their ideologies was quite unique and fascinating.
