Hola, we're Mona and Yasmin, two german friends, traveling together for a few months!
We traveled through South America together (Perú, Ecuador and Chile) and will soon move on to Europe! (Only for a very short while though, before going back to Germany)

I'm an avid reader, I enjoy hanging out with all kinds of animals and I like to cook. Or at least try to cook, I do my best. Also I'm into art and starting to get into hiking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Book and movie wise I'm mainly into fantasy and mythology. I also enjoy some historical (fiction) and fiction in general. I'll read mostly anything that sounds good/interesting though.
Some book favourites are: The Lord of the Rings, A Danish Girl, The Gentleman Bastard Series, The Kingkiller Chronicles, The Book Thief. Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart.
Some movie favourites are: The Revenant, A Danish Girl, The Theory of Everything, The Lord of the Rings, almost anything from Studio Ghibli
I'll also listen to mostly anything, from pop punk to some lo-fi chill youtube stuff. From Queen and some of the Beatles and the Beach Boys over Pinegrove to Turnover, Swain and Turnstile

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sometimes when traveling I'll meet a cat and make friends.
The Warner bros. Studios in London are a truly magical place.
The Vatican in Rome has some of the most amazing artwork. It's really impressive there, as are the Louvre and the National Gallery, I'd love to spend several weeks in either of those
