I’m a positive young lady who loves to live, love and laugh. I enjoy deep conversations, conscious cuddles, the sun on my face, the grass beneath my bare feet, delicious food, self-development, DIY, massages, laughter, singing and dancing.

I have travelled a lot through Workaway, finding projects to volunteer at and I've also lived and worked in my beautiful home town Bruges in Belgium. Since half a year I am exploring the combination of travelling/volunteering/living in communities with the start-up of being self-employed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a people's person. When I speak excitedly about certain places I've travelled to or volunteered at, it is always because of the people I got to meet there and the connections made.

My friends are like: "O, you're going to Italy!" and they get all excited about the beautiful weather, the delicious food, the exotic touch of the gorgeous-looking people and the sound of the Italian language. And I am like: "Yes, but I really wish to meet a lot of wonderfully interesting people to share all of this with!"

So I am not just briefly stopping by. I would like to get to know you and discover Florence and other beautiful parts of Italy in pleasant company.

Side note: Besides being a people's person and enjoying good company, I also enjoy doing things on my own, like working on my coaching offers, going for a walk or watching a bit of Netflix. I am a big fan of harmony and honesty, so I love to be with people who are comfortable to express their needs (ex. when they need some alone-time) and are open to find ways of living together harmoniously.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big fan of live music! It doesn't even have to be a concert, I enjoy listening to just one person practising playing the guitar or the piano for example. I also love music to dance to, like Afro or Zouk.

I love reading books. As a romantic novelist, Santa Montefiore is one of my favourite writers, as is Lucinda Riley, but I also like reading about human psychology. I find the human psyche endlessly fascinating.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to spend time together, explore and have fun. Fun could be anything from a game of ping-pong to cycling downhill to a silly dance to going out for an ice-cream after a day of studying/working. I simply really like to laugh and share enjoyment of (small) pleasures in life :)

I am also happy to talk about my field of work: coaching, bodywork, NVC, massage, conscious touch... in case you're interested.

And if I can help out with some DIY jobs in your house or some gardening tasks, feel free to ask. I like to give back to your hospitality by helping out.
